We truly believe you are what you eat. So, we try extremely hard sourcing ingredients that we would like to consume as well.

Though wheat and other grains don't grow on the island, we're lucky to be able to find an abundance of fruits, vegetables, and spices at almost all times of the year. We incorporate these lovely, intense flavors whenever possible.

We're proud to say that we use all organic ingredients within our means. We use the term 'organic' in a different sense than USDA. Grown sustainably without chemicals.
